SCIROCCO Exchange featured at ICIC virtual 2021
The 21st International Conference on Integrated Care (ICIC21) “Realising the true value of Integrated Care” was run as a virtual conference, co-hosted with our hubs and collaborative centres IFIC Scotland, IFIC Australia, IFIC Ireland, IFIC Canada and IFIC Latin America. SCIROCCO Exchange actively contributed to the conference by:
- a poster presentation “Sharing value and vision among integrated care chain: How Puglia region fosters the collaborative capacity of different stakeholders starting from integrated care maturity assessment”.
The presentation was delivered by Serena Mingolla from the AReSS Puglia.
